Can InstiHIV test detect HIV/AIDS after 10 years from sexual relationships?

I had a couple sexual relationships with two gues that I didn't know well more then 10 years ago. These two cases were just a try to lose innocence however it sounds silly. But after 10 years I am afraid I may have HIV. Two days ago I  tested using InstiHIV test at home. It was negative. Should I repeate a test at medical centre? Should I be worry about that at all? I would appreciate your answer very much.

Any commercially available (including Rapid or Insti) antibody test is reliable, accurate and conclusive, any time 3 months after the exposure

Thank you very much. I worry because about two months I feel muscles tension, fingertip numbness,   anxiety, also I have tempereture 37.6 by Celsius for about a week. Woul you recommend to test HIV at clinic? Yesterday I tested electrolytes, magnium etc and it was normal.
Reread the word "any" because the advice is clear.
Thank you, guys, I think my obsession is over :)
Good. It just takes a bit of concentration on the science sometimes for someone to accept it.
