I am concerning about Hiv infection. Can you help me?

Hello doctors. I am a 23 female. I have no boyfriend or any sex partner, in a other words, I am still a virgin. Now I am worrying about two situations.
1. I damaged my pudendal mucosa in a toilet by scratching it (because I felt itchy at that time). I worried about if there was any body liquid on the surface of stuffs in the toilet. (Like handle or flush handle)
2. I often do masturbation (Put my fingers in my vagina), and I some time touch my cell phone during the process of masturbation. (I some time bring my cellphone to the toilet, and put it on the roll paper box.) I also worried about body liquid on the surface of objects in this situation.
Now I am experiencing a severe diarrhea. Please help me.

Virus degrades outside host cell and is rendered not infectious after a while.
You had no risk from being in contact with fluid
