Can duo test or 4th generation test detect hiv after 29 day's?

I was exposed to hiv on 15 February and I did 4th generation test today, what a the odds of getting hiv if the condom broke when girl was on her periods and I'm circumcised it wasn't heavy flow. Noticed the condom broke when I was done

Please help me out I'm stressing out because I'm really not feeling good I'm not it's because of stress of hiv

As you were advised in your previous thread, the 4th generation test is conclusive any time 28 days (or longer) after exposure.
