Can hiv spread through an ghsv1 ulcer in scrotum ?

I had sex with a girl last Thursday , a day or 2 later i noticed an ulcer on the scrotum skin , i had stabbing pain in my groin on the left before that ,i had it earlier as well , its probably ghsv1 or maybe bechets ,have been getting ulcers on body randomly since childhood , all blood tests are normal ,so coming back to the topic today i noticed a rash ,its completely flat ,looks like dry skin ,no pain at all ,its just above the armpit , could it be a symptom of acute hiv  ? Today is the 7th day after i had protected sex with her ,so I have to wait atleast for 3 more weeks before i can get conclusive results through p24 antigen test , do u guys think its possible that vaginal fluid could have come in contact with the sore on scrotum and transmit hiv ? I asked the girl to get tested after me freaking out but she abused me and blocked me ,she recently lost her father so i can understand her reaction ,she told me if i am so scared why did i have sex with her ,well im in india and all girls i asked for testing always thought that i am calling them a **** ,they always block you after , so guys please tell me is hiv transmission possible this way ? Im not exactly sure if there was a sore when we had sex , most likely it happened after , but not 100 percent sure because she did touch my scrotum and i even washed it after sex ,there was no pain down there at all ,so i think the sore must have developed later otherwise exposure to soap would have definitely caused some pain but lets consider there was a sore ,do u guys thinks transmission is possible ?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV.  In sexual situations, HIV enters through the urethra.  As long as your urethra was covered by the condom, you had no risk for HIV.

But cant ulcer on scrotum on contact with vaginal fluid cause exposure ? It was probably an ghsv1 ulcer ,which causes immune cells to gather there
It would be extremely low-risk, but for there to even be a risk, the sore would have had to be wide open and bleeding during intercourse.  That didn't happen or you would have known. It doesn't even seem that you have been diagnosed with HSV-1 on your scrotum.  You're just guessing.  In any case, a wound that is not severely, actively open and bleeding doesn't present a risk for HIV infection.
The ulcer was wet when i checked 2 days later , it was open and wet but no pain and im guessing its ghsv1 because i had stabbing pain similar to it last yr as well with an ulcer or two never had pus filled blisters just ulcer ,even this time had no blister just a painless ulcer ,it could be bechets but similar location of the stabbing pain makes me think its ghsv1 ,so according to your im safe ? U are doing a wonderful job answering hypochondriacs like me , the reason why im worried is because of the dry dark patch of skin above the armpit , it doesnt hurt or anything it just feels dry and smooth , different from the surrounding skin ,noticing it for the first time ,the rash ,the ulcer have just gotten me feeling paranoid , cant focus on anything
ZERO risk for HIV.  I can't help you with the irrational paranoia.
