Can i catch HIV through dried blood??

st of all i need to say that i have health OCD and i worry about every health condition esp HIV

I was at wedding party a few weeks ago, and i was VERY drunk and the bride cut her finger with a knife opening something.

Here is where i get confussed, there are pics from my camera of the party but none with the brides hand in a cloth which she wrapped it in after the cut. But there is a drunken picture of me on the floor and my finger is by a dark redish blob and im not sure if it was smeared blood or not. it doesnt look bright or fresh coloured

I have read that from some sites that i am fine, but others are saying to test.

my friend said that the cut happend after these pics were taken, but i am so scared i have touched blood and caught HIV. Being drunk i cant remember if i did or not, cuts etc

I just got abit scared when i read on yahoo answers from people telling me i should get tested, no one said otherwise. i do appreciate your comments though

this is a NO RISK situation...no way...no how!!!!!!!!!

you might be better served on the anxiety or ocd forum to help you deal with your health phobias.

you do NOT have a hiv concern...take it elsewhere!

i know i have a major fear of HIV, but reading sites saying there was a risk freaked me out
just wanted to check as i was reccomended to this site, i dont mean to offend

Why do you think the bride had HIV?  

Was she a prosititute?  Did she inject drugs?  Did you have bareback sex with infected men prior to the wedding?

You have an irrational fear of HIV - out of compassion, please seek professional help for this.

Yes, there was a risk - about one in ten million.  

Move on man, stop stressing about absolutely nothing.

You don't have HIV - see a therapist about the OCD.
