Can i have an HIV rash with no other symptoms

25 days ago I had protected sex with an escort. During the sex, the condom broke leaving me exposed inside of her. I'm not sure how long i was unprotected for but I don't think it was longer than 2-3 minutes. I started getting nervous and asked her if she had anything. She told me she gets tested pretty often and that she didn't have HIV. I wasn't sure if she was telling the truth or not, but I put on another condom and proceeded. Fast forward 25 days later, I noticed that i had a mild rash on my body. The rash appears mainly on the side my abdomen, a bit on my forearms and most of the bumps appear on the inside of my biceps near my arm pit. There's also a few bumps in my pubic region. This has been my only possible HIV symptom so far. I guess my question is can I have an HIV rash without any other symptoms accompanying it? I do not know what else can be causing the rash and even though my risk is pretty low I'm getting extremely worried. It's a shame my life can be ruined because of a mistake i attempted to prevent in the first place. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for responding guys. One last question. If I were to have ARS, I should experience multiple symptoms and not just one right?

men rarely catch hiv from females/almost impossible as vaginal fluid doesnt carry but trace amounts of the virus as does tears and sweat/if it were that easy to catch/public water fountains would be illegal!  Homosexual men and iv drug abusers are the worse culprits...lesbians never give hiv to each other!  The anus is very vascular and explains why men give it to each other but it is almost always the male acting as the female who actually catch it due to the trauma/women can catch it as they receive the "trauma" during sex if a male is infected but not as likely through the vagina as with anal sex

Your above event is a small risk. Nonetheless it is a risk. HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms. See a doctor and get tested at the appropriate time with the appropriate test method .
In three days time a DUO test would be conclusive.
