Can kaposi appears 2 weeks after having sex

I have 2 questions. I had sex with a women with a 4th test  negative at 6 weeks. I had a pep and my 2 months test after pep was negative. I think kaposi appears 2 weeks after we had sex. Is that possible ?
And If it was link to hiv would the test be negative 3 months after even if i had a pep ? regards

blood under the skin that goes away in 2-4 days is NOT KS

stop with the self diagnosing and test in another month to get that conclusive result.

You can have KS and not have HIV/AIDS,it's a type of cancer.

Is that all time ? No exeption ? Ok then... Its like blood under the skin that stay in between 2. 4 days and goes away. That doesnt sound like kaposi ?sorry but when i looked google pictures it looked si similar

your test result at 2 months post nPEP is an excellent indication of your status and HIGHLY unlikely to change.

one month to go for that conclusive result.
