Can licking nipples, fingering, protected sex cause HIV infection ?

On 9th July I went for massage in Bangkok. After massage I licked a nipples of lady and fingered her vagina for 2 minutes, but no sex involved. Similarly on 17th July I went to another massage club, after massage, I had a protected sex (playboy condom) with that lady for less than a minute. When I came back home, I feel scared about HIV infections. Sometime in nights I feel chills (to avoid I am am wearing woollen jacket, atmospheric temp is 24degC), sometimes bowel movements in morning(2 times, 1 st time loose still, 2nd time watery). My weight has reduced by 2kg by today 31st July. I am always asking my friends to check my eyes (yellow), fever (but no fever). Sometimes I feel burning in my stomach, acidity, slight loss of appetite. I worried too much about HIV infection due to above. I consulted psychiatrist m, he gave me some anti depressants. For last 3 years I was taking medication for anxiety disorder and depression. In Jan 2016 only he stopped the mediation. But due to HIV fear, now I am started taking it again. I consulted internal medicine consultant, he advised to undergo for HIV 1&2, vdrl, hbv, hcv, cd4 count. All test results are non reactive. Hiv1&2 0.15 non reactive (after 13 days from 17th July and after 20 days from 9th July) and cd4 count is 1200. But doctor told me that I need to take these tests again after 3 months. I am worried that if I get HIV positive after 3 months. Please help me. Is there any other test available to detect accurately HIV before 3 months ? Anxiety is killing me day by day. Please help me

Through your own admission you suffer from anxiety and depression. If your condom was latex your penetration and other activities don't warrant hiv testing.
What you're experiencing isn't consistent with ars.
Work with your Dr but don't be hung up on hiv.

Thank you very much
I had tested on 30th July for HIV 1&2 -0.15 non reactive. Also tested for vdrl, hcv, hbv all are non reactive. But doctor says that within 3 months it will not show correctly. In this case do i need to rest after 3 months and do HIV RNA PCR tests ? Please help me.

You had protected sex. Condom protected sex is safe in regards to HIV. You had no risk and don't need to test for HIV.
