Can this be seroconversion??? Help!
I was tested for HIV at 3 months and one week after a possibly HIV exposure and the rapid antibody test was negative. Now one week later (14 weeks since exposure) I have developed a terrible sore throat and it looks like I may have the flu and or a cold. My question is can this be the seroconversion stage? Is it possible that my 13 week negative result change at 14 weeks?
The 6 month window period is outdated.

First of all thank you for answering my question.Ok but then why do people and some sites say that it can take up to 6 months to develop hiv antibody? How accurate is my three month post exposure test result?
