Can you test negative while having symtoms of HIV?

Hello Doctor:)

Okay, so im one of those lucky people who knows exactly when and who they slept with on certain days. 3 years ago I the amount of people I slept with was 9. Then I slept with 3 others 4.5 months ago. I got tested for those three people one at 11 weeks of possibly exposure the others at 7week and at 6weeks, only one of those I am worried about. My HIV test was Negative at that this time. I had one swollen lymph node ( slightly) wake up a little sweaty; tiredness and aching muscles, dirahhea, etc. Flu like symptoms. At the time I got the test. So; Im guessing those were indeed not HIV symptoms. Its been 4.5 months or a tad more now since the possible exposures I have two swollen lymph nodes , runny nose and dry throat,I wake up a little sweaty in the morning. Im guessing that this is also not HIV symptoms. I have been very worried about HIV, but when I got my 6 week negative result I felt a little better. I have read your answers to posts that suggest at that time the results are almost 100% effective. I also called a HIV/AIDS hotline and they supported that answer. So, I just wanted to know if you think I am fine based on the information I have given to you.

Thank You
so very much for you time
