Chance of HIV exposure?

Right last week I had protected sex with another male for the first time. We gave each other a blowjob without ejaculating and fingered each other. He also did anilingus on me. After this we both put condoms on and both gave and received sex, however none of us came doing this. We finished by masturbating each other with our condoms on still.
Today I went to the gum clinic because I realised yellow discharge coming from my rectum. After tests I was told that I might have an std/sti which maybe chlamydia or something begining with a p (I've forgot what they said). I've been given antibiotics to sort this out eitherway. However I'm unsure about how I got it after being safe. The only thing I could think of is when he went inside me I might have touched his condom with my hands after fingering him. Does this sound about right if we were safe? I'm not sure of his history but I can't imagine it to be clean.
Also I am really worried about the chance of HIV or even hepatitis. Do I sound like I could have been exposed to any of these? I'm worried out of my mind! Any reply would be appreciated!

Kind regards

Jack
