Chance of getting HIV with Primary Infection person

Hello,

I am a 25 years old man which concern about my health.

in March, 2 2010 I had protected sex with sex workers from Indonesia, and she said that  sh's been in the bussiness for a months. From here I assume that if she is HIV positife, she will be at a primary stage of HIV which is more likely to transfer the virus. It is said that the chance will higher by 20 times and 50% people get HIV in this stage.

I am really worried about this.
How is my chance for getting the virus?

1- broken condom will fail catastrophically..and you would have known because you will see your penis instead of it covered with condom..condom provided by gov is of standard quality so no worries

2- NO

Thanks teak,

1. How do we notice about broken condom? it is visible? or maybe we could feel it in our penis? FYI the condom was a free government condoms, & I worried about it's quality.

2. Is there any HIV case which the virus is transmitted to small body wound like shallow scratch/ acne wound in the bodily skin from vaginal fluids?

Thanks,
