Risk to partner

I am an HIV + male. 43 on truvada/ efavirenz for 2 year with a count of minus 20(undetectable). I was penetrated twice last week where the condom broke and was NOT replaced. The "top" partner is aware of my hiv status. What are the chances of infection for him and apart from testing what should be done? I am otherwise very healthy, no cuts, blood or aparent bruising was detected. I am freaking out for him.

Yes its late. Its a risk and can be contracted by exposure. We talk bottom lines here not chances. But you might look at some of the past posts in the expert forum from doctors commenting on situations like this.  Using condoms would prevent any risk with further sex.

You are absolutely right. Risk. What is the risk? Should we stop sexual relations all together? What if PEP not available? Isn't the timeframe of over one week too late for PEP?

Hi, PEP is available but it must be taken asap post exposure. We dont talk chances but risk and he was at risk. Test in 3 months.
