Condom Broke - HIV in Penis Head?

I was giving anal sex with a "high risk" person and my condom broke. I realized it felt different and pulled out within 30 seconds of the condom break. I urinated within 2 minutes and washed up completely. About 4 hours later I was given Zilarvir (Combid PEP drug.) I've been taking twice a day for the past 4 days now and don't like the dizziness and nausea from taking this drug. I would like to stop taking the drug but am unsure if HIV virus could have spread through my penis head into my urethra in time following the condom break. Could I have been infected in that short amount of time also given that I urinated afterwards and am now on PEP??? Should I stay on the PEP drug until after 30 days to be safe? Thank you all in advance!

Ask your own doctor then.

The doctor is in another country and spoke broken English. I had trouble asking questions with him. Thanks
