Condom On Halfway, Rolled Off Pulling Out

I've been seeing an ex as her rebound, the second time we had sex, the condom was on halfway and things were going well. I made sure to check during that the head was covered. But when I was pulling out, the condom slipped off. It was left inside her and I could see just the tip which I used to pull it out. It didn't break.
She just came out of a bad relationship where she claims her ex cheated on her with about 5 girls. He claims he used a condom she said but who knows? I asked about STIs and she said I have nothing to worry about. I don't know if I should be. Help, how high is my risk?

A condom rolling up is usually not a risk.  As long as the head of your penis is covered, there is no risk for HIV.  What usually happens when a condom is left in someone is that as the penis exits the vagina, it is stuck there but during intercourse, the head of the penis is covered. I'd not be worried.  It's also not a high risk partner.  The risk for everyone is less than 1 percent chance of HIV from a single act of intercourse.
