Condom Slipped. HIV risk?

Hello.
I have an important question and it's been concerning me for a long time.
I will include the date of when this happened so that you have a clearer idea of whether the symptoms are related to HIV. I want to be detailed.

-On 14th of December 2014 I had intercourse with a sex worker, it lasted 15 minutes.
-Before we started, she gave me a condom to use. I saw that it was very small, but I put it on anyways, it only fit halfway.
-We started having vaginal sex and I was behind her (Maybe the position increases the risk?).
-After about 10 minutes she freaked out, and told me that the condom fell. I stopped, and saw the condom on the ground. I don't know for how long I have been penetrating her without protection.
-I took it and put it on again (A few days later I realized that I didn't really know if I had put the right side in)
-We finished and I left.

I was worried for a long time, and I had fears that I would have contracted HIV.

-On 15th of February 2015, I started having diarrhea and violent vomiting. One of my family members gave me medication and 3 days later it stopped.
-On 21st of February I visited another country (The time difference between the two countries is 10 hours, I mention this because maybe it's an effect of jet lag? I visit often)
-On 23rd of February I started having diarrhea, no vomiting. It is still a problem today (March 4th).
-Yesterday (March 3rd) I started having the symptoms of a cold. They were gradual, yesterday it was only an odd feeling inside my nose.
-Today (March 4th) I am having normal cold symptoms, I also still have diarrhea with no vomiting.

I don't know if it is something else that is happening to me, I've read on other forums cases that are similar to mine with low chance of HIV exposure, but since I am having a few of the symptoms I am extremely worried. Tomorrow I will go to the hospital, but I am going with a family member. I don't think I will get tested for HIV since my family doesn't know about my worries. But they told me that I will get tested for everything? A blood test, among others, etc. If they test my blood could they see if there is HIV or not?

I am extremely worried about this and I don't know where I can get tested.

Thanks in advance.

That would not be the only symptom you would get if you got symptoms. Again only way to knwo is to test.

Today I went to the doctor because the treatment he gave me didn't seem to be working. I'd take secnidazol and another medicine. I'd take 2 pills on friday, and 2 pills on saturday (Secnidazol). The diarrhoea would go away for a week, then on thursday my stools would be liquid again. But I didn't have the urgency to go to the bathroom. On friday I would take the pills again and so on. Since I was already supposed to have gotten rid of the parasite the doctor got concerned, he suggested I may have contracted HIV. Since chronic diarrhoea is a common symptom, but I haven't showed any other symptoms such as fever, fatigue, or colds. I want to get tested but I don't know where to go and what documents I need. The fact that the doctor suggested I could have it really worries me. What are the chances? I have only shown one symptom.

Thanks a lot for your immediate answer :)
You have no idea how calm I am now, I can keep on studying for my exams now.
I think I may have caught the disease when I was swimming in the waterfalls with my friends.
Again, thank you!

Nothing to do with HIV. It's a parasitic infection and normally caught via poor hygiene practices. Incidentally we all lapse with hygiene measures from time to time so I'm not casting aspersions upon your own hygiene levels. It is not however a symptom of HIV

I was diagnosed with giardia intestinalis and I think it may be linked to HIV. What do you think? It's the cause of the diarrhoea.

Your symptoms are too generic to pin down as HIV.  Diarrhoea can also occur with anxiety. As Vance states get tested and hopefully you will feel reassured.

Call around and get tested, only way to know your status.
