Condom slip worried plz help

Condom slip worried plz help
I had protected sex with a sex worker in Toronto. It was protected oral sex then protected viginal sex and then second protected viginal sex at last after ejaculation which was in condom, girl take the condom in her hand from corners perhaps wanted to control it and I withdraw the condom slip and I came out I suspect it was 1 second exposure.

Symptoms:
I started anxiety related symptoms after the exposure related to acid reflux and stomach related perhaps due to so much fear and worry and teak answered me on this.

After 2 weeks I had a mild viral throat infection which last almost 2 weeks and sometimes loose stools only once a day.

After 4 weeks I had a checkup with doctor here and he confirmed one a bit palpable lymph node under my chin area which he said one is a bit palpable on right and same on left is little less than one on right not any other lymph node in my body is palpable/enlarge. And a small pimple on my hand palm.

No fever yet and no rashes in 29 days after exposure.
Following are my questions
1) Are these symptoms related to ARS/HIV?
2) Do I need testing for HIV?
3) If I need to go for testing when shall I go for testing as of today its 29th day of risky exposure?
