Confused?

Hey all. I wasn't going to post here, as I already have done quite often.. but something happened last night and i'm not all that sure what to think about it.
I engaged in what I was assuming was safe behaviours (kissing, handjobs etc) and at one point or another, my new partner began to grind his penis against my penis, and then use his semen/pre-cum to jerk me off.
I wasn't too worried until I thought about it aftwards (The possibility that his semen could have entered my urethra, either by the masturbation or the frottage) .. I have read on here that it should be NO RISK..

Yet, when I called the AIDS canada hotline today, the woman was adamant saying that I could have very well a acquired HIV. I'm so frustrated with all the conflicting info around. What should I believe?

I should've known that by now.
As long as I can be sure that I am safe as long as I use condoms for anal, then it's okay.
No more going to other sources for information I guess. People suck.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

You're right, I do know (most of) the ins and outs of this. I know you don't debate other peoples' recommendations - just really confused that she told me I needed to test again. Having someone else's semen on my urethra does not mean I need to test right?

Move along, you've been coming here long enough to know how HIV is and is not transmitted.
