Confusion about testing

Dear All
I have an unprotected oral sex and few seconds anal sex with a man (I am the receiving one, but he did not really insert his penis, just touch my bottom). I know the risk of oral sex is low, however he ejaculated into my month and I swallowed it. He took a test (rapid test) 15 days after our sex and the result came back negative. I also took some tests from the 3rd weeks to 13weeks after our sex. The list of my tests as follow:
3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 P24 antigen and antibody test         all came back negative
18,34,58,91 days PCR-RNA test (100 International Units as limited detection)  came back negative
and some times of rapid tests

I have some questions
1. if the man which i had sex with was also in a window period, whether my results is conclusive enough? no matter he is positive or negative?
2. I never have drug and cancer treatment, i just checked hepatitis B and syphilis and got negative result, but did not check HPV and other STDs, If I have any other STDs issues such as HPV, HCV ETC. Whether the window period of HIV will be prolonged?
3. Recently I got a migraine and a little poxes on my neck, are they related to HIV? I am so so worried about that.
4. the test is indeed like drug for me now, i really want to stop it, but sometimes body goes wrong, i felt anxious again. Can I stop that?

One simple antibody test after 12 weeks is all you need.

The number of tests you take cannot influence the accuracy of the test.

\from your post you didn't  even need testing!

But you over tested. Yes...stop testing over this event!

my english is not good, some sentences do not make sense to me. I am so sorry. Do you mean if i continue to test, i might get a false positive result? Do you think i can stop testing?

I would not consider it low, but unrealistic and theoretical "goobly-doops"

Your 13 week AB test confirms it.

One word of caution though.......you seem to be taking tests like candy!
You could have gotten a false positive over a non risk event.
Your anxiety would have gone through the roof!
