Contact direct with blood of an HIV+ man

I put my bare foot (without shoes) on the blood spilled on the floor I washed it off 30 minutes later. is there a risk for HIV?

ONE more time for the risks. Having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus so all other things such as stepping on blood are no risk. Use this info for all worries you have going forward and if you have lots of these worries, seek help for anxiety.
