Could This Be HIV?

Some months back i had two sexual encounters with some females in which the condom broke before ejaculation, about 1 month later i developed 2 small rashes on my left leg, both of my legs were sore, and both of my hips were sore and I also had a headache and some sorenes in my neck.  Those symptoms lasted close to a month, and now I have a rash on the back of my arm, its not red, but it's a rash.  Its been almost 3 months since my last sexual encounter w/ the condom breakage.  Does this sound like HIV?

your rash is not indicative of hiv.

you can test at 6-8 weeks post exposure for a good indication of your status...but follow it up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
