Could a rash/hives that has been coming and going for two months be hiv rash?

I had unprotected sex exactly two months ago. About two weeks after that I started to get hives. Now instead of hives I get like red marks on my skin. The hives literally itch and burn so bad. Zyrtec helps. The hives/welts/marks come and within minutes they are gone. This has been happening for two months now. Would hiv rash do this? I have been to both my doctor and dermatologist who have both said it is chronic hives. Could it really be chronic hives or does this sound like std? Please help. I'm scared.

Only a doctor can diagnose your rash , and rash don’t come alone it must be present with high fever und swollen lymph nodes ( don’t try to check if your lymph nodes are swollen because if you touch them all the time the lymph nodes are going to get swollen ).
Don’t listen to Lolita , the 3 month window period is old news and the 6 month window period is a myth. Get tested now, a 4th generation test will rule out any infection anytime now , get tested .

You can't get HIV when you used a condom, and micro holes are a myth so unless it failed you had zero risk. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so that didn't happen.
I don't know why you don't accept the advice of 2 doctors, but you need to.
