Could this be acute HIV, Hep C or something else?

For the past 3 weeks or so I have had pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, it sometimes affects the way I walk, makes sitting painful and is often warm to the touch.  The veins in my penis are bulging out like crazy and it is also warm to the touch.

Around the same time (3 weeks ago) I started to feel the lymph nodes in my neck start to swell and about a week later I had a very brief, somewhat mild sore throat that went away but the pain in my right lower abdomen and my swollen lymph nodes remain to this day.

Last week I went to Planned Parenthood (3 months since my first CSW encounter and 3 weeks since my most recent encounter with a CSW).

The physician confirmed that I had swollen lymph nodes in my pelvis, in my inguinal area, in my neck, under the jaw.

I have pain, which I believe to be more swollen lymph nodes:
1) Just above my collarbone and closer to my neck than my shoulder
2) Behind my knees
3) Behind my Ears
Last night (exactly one month since my most recent possible exposure) was incredibly disconcerting, several things occured that scared me to death:
1) A red spotted, bumpy and very itchy rash appeared on my neck on and around my swollen lymph node.
2) The same itchy rash appeared on my collarbone where I feel pain
3) My body felt like it was on fire -- particularly on the right side of my lower abdomen (I didn't take my temperature, but almost certainly had a fever)
4) I felt completely nausiated -- felt like I could vomit, but did not.
5) I had severe diarrhea
6) My lower abdomen was red, particularly where I feel pain
7) My elbows were bright red

This morning I noticed little cuts and scrapes and slight bruising which are all completely unexplained. The rash I still there, but no longer itches, I no longer feel nausiated, but all of my lymph nodes and my lower right abdomen still hurt like hell.

Is this Acute HIV, Hep C or something else?

Went to the doctor today...told her everything...mentioned that my underwear was soaked for the past week from how hot my genitals were getting (thought it was sweat). The doctor said it sounded like "drainage."  When I got home I wrapped the end of my penis in toilet paper and waited...sure enough there is a clear drainage coming out of my penis!!!!!!  I go back next week, when I'm sure she'll put me on anti-biotics, but in the meantime...assuming it is Chlamydia.  What does that mean?  Does that mean at one point a condom must have broken for me to have gotten it?  Does this mean I really could be at risk for HIV?

I am going to the doctor tomorrow....so one way or another I should have a better idea by then.

But as far as risk, from June 1 to September 1 I had approx. 20 or so encounters with CSW's....frequently with cuts on my fingers and hands and sores on my legs....I know transmission of HIV is rare that way but the encounters were so frequent that I think it's at least possible that on one of those occations something (the condom broke, the cuts on my fingers were, in fact, bleeding e.g.) could have happened that could have put me at a higher risk.

Like most people on here I am worried that it can't be pure coincidence that I got sick at this particular point in my life (especially given the fact that I have medically confirmed that I have multiple swollen lymph nodes).

So, with that being said, do you, Teak or anyone think that my symptoms sound like acute HIV, Hep C or any other STD?
