HIV Symptoms after 2 weeks

Hello.. I had a sex with call girl 17 days back.. Actually I was drinking a lot and had sex 2 times.. I forgot to wear condom due to over drunk.. She was not also intimate to wear condom..It was vaginal sex.. I inserted penis in vagina for 4mins..In 2 round around 8mins.. From next day I got fever and very fatigue till now.. I called that girl and asked about HIV status..She told She is not aware about this..and her answer is not straight forward..so seems she have HIV positive.. After 10 days lymph nodes in my neck armpits and groin both left and right side..feeling very bad about the incident.. Actually 8 months I took H1N1 vaccine.. may be due to that fever is around only 100F..Getting headache sometimes.. No sore throat.. My knees are paining a lot..Not able to concentrate on my works.. Please help.. Is this symptoms related to HIV..

That test is a 4th generation duo test which is accurate at 28 days.  Your result won't change from 28 days on.  Doctors in countries that do not adhere to modern standards still may recommend 3 months but experts say to trust your results at 28 days. I have really nothing to add to that because you are in a cycle of anxiety.  Get your result and be prepared to move on as it is likely negative.  Further doting on your symptoms and analyzing the words of your previous test are just keeping your anxiety high.  And there is nothing to say to you other than to wait for your test result.

Thanks for your response.. Just want to confirm with you.. I got fever in 2nd day of exposure.. lightly sore throat.. Very fatigue. After 15 days Heavy muscle and joint pain..  swallon lymph nodes in neck, under jaw, armpits and groin. Both left and right sides.. No rashes and no night sweats so far.. Is this symptoms of HIV.. am not able to sleep.. Feeling very  bad

You have no choice but to wait until your test results which normally do not take long to get.  Any symptoms you have or things going on with your body are on not going to be able to predict anything as symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV.  So, analyzing your body is not helpful.  Transmission is relatively low from a one time exposure and same goes for a two time exposure. Feeling sick the day after sex is unrelated and probably was due to your hang over.  Treat yourself better than drunken nights of sex with a sex worker.

No one has answers for you other than to wait for your result which will likely be negative.

This is what written in my old ECLIA test

This test uses 4 recombinant antigens derived from HIV-1 core (p24), HIV-1 envelope (env 10 and env13) and HIV-2 envelope
(env Al). These antigens detect antibodies to HIV-1 and antibodies to HIV-2 in the same test.
Reactive results suggest the presence of HIV-1 and/or HIV-2 infection, but it is not diagnostic for HIV infection and should be
considered preliminary. The results from this or any other diagnostic kit should be used and interpreted only in the context of the
overall clinical picture.
A negative test result does not exclude the possibility of exposure to or infection with HIV. Levels of HIV antibodies may be
undetectable in the early stages of infection

Symptoms can't be used to diagnose. Just wait for the test result instead of examining your body because that is not going to get you ANY answers.

Thanks for your response.. I understand sir.. But am not able to control my feelings.. I lost my life.. I spoke with her.. She told she may have HIV positive but not confirmed...She is not ready for blood test.. Suppose she have HIV positive.. What is the possible   perceny for transmission to me.. Did vaginal penetration 2 times in same night..

Your unprotected sex put you on risk of hiv and other std .For hiv it is low risk .In one encounter ,it is very low risk.Do not rely on hiv other std also causes similar symptoms.For hiv test wait 28 days for duo test/fourth generation test.

thanks for prompt response.. Actually I had sex 2 times with same girl on same day.. And I took ECLIA HIV 1 and 2 test on 12th day. it came negative.. please advise the conclusive day for ECLIA HIV 1 and 2 test.. In blood centre they told need to wait for 90 days..  am counting the days..

Eclia or cmia whatever it should be ab/ag mean p24 antigen + Antibodies. Wait  28 days.if p24 antigen test ,then it is fourth generation test.Are you from India,In lal path it is 4th generation test is done using Eclia.

Yes.. Am in India.. they mentioned only ECLIA HIV 1 and 2.. they didn't mention about ab/ah or p24.. today is 17th day .. my symptoms made me feel like anything

Check your report ,it is written or not.for eg-https://www.lalpathlabs.com/pathology-test/hiv-1-2-antibodies-screening-test?q=hiv .Other std also mimic same like hiv likes herpes , syphills etc.If lal path available at your location do hiv test at these lab.
