Reread my advice instead of rephrasing your question, which serves no useful purpose.
Oral sex on a women is not a risk. Saliva inhibits the virus. Since you had no risk, you can rely on the results. Rapid tests are conclusive at 12 weeks (only if you have a risk)
HIV is inactivated in saliva so no one can get it from oral. So you wasted your time testing. Go back to your happy life because you had no risk.

Why do the Dr's on this forum state that there is a 1in 10,000 chance of getting HIV from oral but you say 'no can get it from oral'. You are misleading people.
Kindly provide the link for your claim, since the doctors haven't been here for years..
