3 or 6 months??

I have read here that testing for HIV is conclusive 3 months after your exposure. But on "the Body" website that Dr. sometimes suggests doing a test at 3 AND 6 months...

Very confusing the two conflicting answers... Any thoughts, please clear this for me.

Thank you.

6 month is extremely uncommon as I read many posts on this forum. Per my impression, its less than 1/millions. Less than chance you get hit by lighting. Hope it relieves your anxiety.
