Cut on fingers

Hello.  I am always worried about getting HIV from everyday situations from blood.  I know how HIV is contracted and risk factors for the disease.  The other day I got my nails done at a new salon that was recommended by a friend.  I went there and asked the woman to use new tools on me, which she did.  As she was filing my pinkie finger she cut the skin on the side and it started to bleed.  I put a liquid bandage on it and she continued the manicure.  I then noticed that she had several cuts on her fingers which appeared to have dried blood around them (it didn't look like it was actively bleeding).  Is there anyway that I could have been exposed to the virus if she was infected?  That you for taking the time to read this question and respond.

Thank you.  Do you know if liquid bandaid helps as a barrier or is it just to stop bleeding?  If I didn't use it would there have been a risk if her blood got in my cut?

Still wouldn't have been a risk.

One last questions, which I know is obsessive, but I do have OCD.  If her cuts were actively bleeding at the time was there a risk?  Thank you again.
