Do I have HIV or anxiety?

Hi about 5 weeks ago I gave a man oral sex. While I was sucking him I asked if he wanted to do anal sex. As he tried to penetrate my anus I stopped him partly because of pain and also because he wasn't wearing a condom. He never entered my amid but his or is did push up against it, did this pose a risk? I have been experiencing a sore throat and mucus in my throat for about a week now. I haven't had any fevers or rashes but I don't know if sore throat and progressive cough alone can be symptoms of HIV. I spend nearly every waking moment wondering if I have HIV. I'm really losing my mind. I also want to mention that I think I have a wisdom tooth coming in som maybe that could be causing the sore throat. I'm only 18 and I don't want my life to be over before it starts.

"I'm only 18 and I don't want my life to be over before it starts."-Should you not think that before you try to have unprotected anal sex?

There was no penitration, so you had no risk.
