Do I have acute retroviral syndrome?

Okay this will be long, but if anyone wants to respond I'd appreciate it.

6 weeks ago I performed oral sex on a male and he ejaculated in my mouth. 4 weeks ago I performed oral sex on a male but he did not ejaculate...however, I think I accidentally scratched his leg with my finger nail because he started bleeding. I noticed blood on my hand, but I don't think any got into my mouth. Both men were married and claimed to be clean and off.

3 weeks ago, 4 days after second oral encounter, I developed a herpes outbreak on my hard palate. After 2 days, I called the doctor and she put me on valtrex to clear it up. I've had HSV1 since I was a child and have outbreaks on my lips, ears, eyelids and hard palate occasionally. I also felt weak and sore and tired and had a headache. At the same time I also started Zoloft for anxiety and it caused a world of problems and I stopped it after 6 days.

I don't believe I've had a fever, my normal temp seems to be around 97.6. The highest my temp has been in the last 3 weeks is 98.7 or so. I also found a small lump on the front of my arm, just at the start of the arm pit. It moves, and is not painful. I also found a lump in my groin, again it moves and is not painful. There are also ridges or bumps on my biceps that feel weird. Is this fat? I'm a bit overweight. I've also had diarrhea for 2 weeks, but it can be controlled with Imodium AD. My tongue has also been white in color. I've read that may be anxiety.

I have severe anxiety which I do get help for. I also have chronic depression and OCD.

I check my lymph nodes and take my temp several times a day. My arms and groin are little tender I'm assuming because I won't leave them alone.

Am I overreacting?
Was I at high risk either time?
Is this Acute Retroviral Syndrome that I'm going through?
Since my body temp is naturally lower, does that mean 98.7 is a fever?

Thank you for your time.

The TWO methods by which an adult can contract HIV have not changed since you asked last December: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Did-I-put-myself-at-risk-for-HIV/show/2945032#post_14077710

Oral sex is not a risk and whatever you were referencing about a scratch is certainly not a risk.
