Do I have an STD or HIV? Please Help me Please?

I had protected sex 20 days ago with some one I don't trust but the condom burst and I put on another and it burst too. 4 days after the encounter i started feeling burning sensation on my penis, shaft to my anus. So i went to get tested after 5 days results came out negative for HIV.
its now 20 days and I feel knee pains and muscle twitching when i put my feet up and i have sores on my foreskin n piles.And I my stool is pastry and at times solid. i once had a serious headache but its gone. I have no pass and no swollen lymph node yet but a bit of jaw pain
I dont know what this is please help I'm begging. I am so so scared n cant sleep thinking it might be HIV. I dont have the flu but usually have night sweats

3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive negative test result.

I know im being a both but I am scared. So my STD results came back all negative.
Its been 33days and I want to go for another duo hiv 1 n 2 test. Will this be conclusive? I still have a sore throat(doctor says my throat looked like my tonsils have been cut cause they r small) and weird headaches tht never go away. I have been given Enhancin 1000 n Besemax 450 take 2(5 days no toilet) but no change to my throat. My ears also feel pain like the headache and the sore throat are connected and when i get into the bus they block alot and a bigger headache when i put on ears phones low volume(well i use to use Beats by dre studio but stopped last month and dont know if thts the problem). I really want to put this behind me. I did a test after 4 days result negative, 3 weeks 4days result negative and now i go for another at 4 weeks 4days.

Its been three weeks and 4 days and I got tested for HIV 1 and 2 and they said im negative. So i went for STD tests and it takes 3 days so my results i will know on Tuesday or Monday. But i feel a sore throat and itchy back and arms. but I think I should not conclude until results come back.

but I am feeling symptoms now my knees are killing me and my left leg wont stop twitching and my left arm is weak. after 7 days of the encounter had ear problems. Alot of blocking when i was in e bus travelling and jaw pain.

Symptoms or lack of symptoms will tell you nothing about HIV.
3 month antibody test will give you a conclusive result.
