Do I need more tests?

60 days after exposure,28days after last dose of PEP, I tested  with a 4th gen and the result was negative. Can I be free now? Do I need more tests?

OK,thank you.
I heard that  the window period of 4th-gen is only 14-21days, so I felt happy when I was negative 28 days post PEP.
What happed to me was that he way off the Condom halfway( I did not realise this in time), but finally he did not ejaculate. He may outflow some Prostatic fluid in my anus.
I will test 3 month post exposure (2 months post last Dose of  PEP) next month first.

I just read your previous questions and I think the encounter you describe for "your friend" actually happened to you.
If the base of the condom was still outside your anus when your partner pulled out, and there was some spillage around the wounded area outside the anus, and you are sure there was no condom breakage, stop testing. You didn't need PEP in the first place ((sorry to say this)).
However, if the condom was lost inside during intercourse, do get tested again after 3 months post last dose of PEP and expect a negative. It's VERY unlikely that your result will change, but bear in mind 3 months is conclusive.

Now 3 months post exposure(8 weeks post PEP), the result of 4th-gen is negative.

Now I feel very anxious again. Is there any body negative 4 weeks post PEP and changed result when 3 months post PEP?

Why so long? The result of 4th-gen is of 4 weeks post PEP is not reliable?  Now I feel very anxious again. How much can be excluded now?

Test at 3 months post PEP.any negative is good however.

Some say conclusive. Some say 3 months post exposure, or in your case, 3 months post last dose of PEP. Personally, I would get peace of mind from the 4th gen at 28 days and rely 100% on the "post-3-months" test.
