Do i have HIV?

Hello, I'm really concerned about wether or not I have HIV. About 8 weeks ago, I had unprotected contact (partner inserted the head of his penis, anally.) he did not cum in me, but I'm unsure if precum had gotten in. around 4 weeks after I noticed I had developed thrush. I waited two weeks, and tested at 6 weeks. Which came back negative, on the 4th gen duo test, and I felt very happy. Until I developed a rash about a week ago, 7 weeks, how ever it doesn't look like other HIV rashes I've seen. Also it just itches then goes away, leaving barley noticeable bumps . Not very many but still concerning. I also have small patches of skin that are pinkish red several places on my legs that itch they're tiny and wouldn't consider it a rash. another thing, the rash that appeared behind my knee, also was on the other leg, but a day later. So I'm very concerned, is it HIV? Should I be worried? Do HIV rashes come and go or are they persistent?

Do not go by symptom. Your test results are encouraging. Please get a DUO test at 3 months mark. Do not go by symptom.
I totally agree with diver85

Symptoms never tell anything with accuracy, they are often confusing and misleading. Since you experienced unprotected anal penetration (regardless of duration and with/with ejaculation), your risk is there.

The only way to know your health status accurately is, to get yourself tested NOW using 4th generation HIV Duo test, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life
