Do i really want retesting

Hi,
i am a 34 year old male from Pakistan and in April 1st 2006 had an encounter with a sex worker it was only blow job no vaginal or anus penetration. after six months of this exposure i was tested HIV (Elisa) and result was negative and after that till dec 2007 since that encounter i had 3 Hiv screening all were result negative.
Sir i have a very bad OCD specially when it’s come to Hiv, now a days without a reason my ocd has triggered for Hiv.. I want to tell you that since that encounter of blow job in April 2006 i haven’t had any sexual encounter with any sex worker and since than i am living a clean life with my family  i am attach to my wife who i know her sexual history and she's clean.
Please help me with your own word about my testing are that conclusive because after that almost 7 years with no symptoms whatsoever of hiv do i required any retesting... i have read lots of your blogs but please do reply me that would help me omit this fear from my brain. Please do reply
Thanks
