Does Oral Sex transmit HIV?

I just really curious about the oral sex. Does it transmit HIV to the person who perform? Is there a big chance to get HIV?
What are the early symptoms of HIV?
Like 1-2weeks...
3-4 weeks...
1 month....
2 month....
How can we be sure that we are not infected by HIV?
What are the treatments?
Thank you in advance
