Doubt about HIV transmission
I'm 22 year old male from India. I have masturbated inside dirtiest public toilet SEVERAL TIMES . My concern is that, if I have touched the HIV positive bodily fluids on toilet seat or door knob unknowingly and use the same dirty hand to masturbate and used the same hand to clean up the semen from tip of my penis. Just by this situation, is there any chance of contracting HIV from above scenario.

You will not get HIV from masturbating in a public and dirty restroom. You can't touch HIV positive body fluid and get HIV. Air inactivates the virus. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Transmission takes place inside the body. So, what you are doing presents zero risk of HIV transmission. Although, it is kind of germy. Wait til you get home.
