False positives and quirks on the Elisa test are not uncommon and you will NOT get HIV from your sexual encounter you wrote of here. The only way adults get HIV is from sharing of IV drug needles or UNPROTECTED vaginal or anal (penetration required ) sex. So, no. No confirmatory testing you do will show you to have gotten HIV from protected sex.
