ELISA Test Results

Sir, just would like to ask that for an immigration purpose i got the ELISA test one year ago and that's result was .09 out of 1.00 Cut off rate, unfortunately my immigration date expired and I had to take another test. In the second one the rate came .15 out of 1.00 Cut off rate. So my question is that why did the result reading increased is there some problem but both of my tests declared as Non-reactive.  Hope you understood my problem.

regards

Syed

You could have tested at two different times in one day and they wouldn't have been the same.
