Helo,i had an unprotected anal sex wit my partner along side kissing, dat was my first actualy. Its just a week now. Immediately i started having guilty conscience of contracting hiv. I started feeling pains around my neck region. Dry tongue but no sore throat. Due to overreaction i lost my appetite and diarrhea also began,and am fati. My left chest pounds and pains atimes. Can that be hiv symptoms. Normaly i sweat alot,even before the sex. Am i hiv positive?
The only way to know your status is to test. You can obtain your conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure.
Get your partner to test or just test yourself,Take an HIV DUO test if it's avaliable to you at 4 weeks and be sure to follow up at 12 weeks for a final and conclusive result.All the best.
