Encounter with a sex worker

I'm a 36 year old male.
Had 2 encounters with the same female sex worker...

9 March 2022
I had an ulcer at the time.
Kissing, hand job (no protection), blow job (no protection), vaginally sex (with durex condom) (no tears)
14 April 2022
Same as above (no ulver)

Symptoms
1. April 23rd onwards - sudden onset of dermatitis on both hand fingers and knuckles
2. April 15 -a smooth hard lump next to anus - still there. No pain, however it stings when I squeeze it. Slightly uncomfortable.. the size of a pea
3. Small red papules - (1 on stomach) (1 on left bicep)

I don't have access to std tests in my location. I'm planning to get trsted in August l, when I fly to my home country.

Is there any chance I have an std... in particularly hiv.... the only cause of worry is the timing of the rash...

Good news!  You didn't have any risk for HIV, so you don't need to test.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Regarding your medical symptoms - first, none of those are signs of HIV.  Second, you were never at risk for HIV, so any medical issues you have are not related to HIV.

Can you shed some light on other std possibilities?
No, this forum is only for HIV questions.  I see you have a post already in STDs, so I'm sure you'll get an answer there.
Hi CurfewX
My feet below my ankles are now having dry skin and have also got small 1cm rashes ( around hair hair folliicules) in my belly...
Is this indicative of anything...

I've had a couple of sex partners (male/female) over the past 3 years... but always the penetrative was with a condom... and the oral was always unprotected...
As I stated in my first response to you: "Regarding your medical symptoms - first, none of those are signs of HIV.  Second, you were never at risk for HIV, so any medical issues you have are not related to HIV. "

That advice will not change.  See a doctor if you are concerned about your non-HIV related medical issues.
