Exposed and Worried

Hi guys, need your help, I had high exposure on 3 April with an infected partner and immediately started PEP with in 24hours.But on week 4 I started to have slight burning sensation on urinating and the urine was smelling as well and thought it was UTI, I was given Cipro 500g and as soon I started it, I started to have a sore throat, the sore throat was not that much severe but it caused my neck to be tense and even developed swollen glands in the neck under the chin. Now I have finished the Cipro and the burning sensation has gone but I still have a sore throat although not very severe, it clears in the night and starts during the midmorning  till sunset,in the night it clears off and I don’t have any difficulties in swallowing anything. now its been more than 2 weeks with the sore throat and I have also extended my PEP was supposed to end at day 28 but im still taking it and planning to stop it tomrw day 45.Besides the above mentioned things I don’t have any other problems that I know,no rush and didn’t have any fever.

My question is could this point to HIV infection and what are my chances that I might not be infected?

You took an unaproved test. PCR-DNA tests are not diagnostic tests for HIV.

PCR-DNA Tests
Neither the Abbott RealTime nor the Roche COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS TaqMan HIV-1 assay is intended to be used as a donor screening test for HIV-1 or as a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HIV-1 infection.

I know i might have wasted time and money in doing that but can you assist on the main question i asked at first about the symptoms i had and chances of exposure?
i forgot to mention that i was done a DNA PCR test at 14 days after exposure and was negative and another anti body test at day 20 and was negative as well, but this was before i had sore throat and other items as mentioned above

You've waisted your time and money. If 28 days wasn't enough then you would test positive no matter how much you take.

Well, after being exposed i continue to stay with the same girl who exposed me but with no sex and didnt trust her after that,i always had a feeling that she might expose me again so when i move out i wanted to have another fresh 28 days away from her where i will be sure nothing she might do,i was afraid of being re exposed by her again, thats the main reason why i prolonged it,but can this have any negative impact on how i feel at the moment?

Why would you take it upon yourself to take nPEP longer than 28 days?
