Rumbling in stomach after unprotected sex

Hi,Im 19 years old I had unprotected sex with man on januarry 4th(I was the bottom guy),After one week around jannuary 14/15 I started to notice some weird symptoms. So my stomach started to make some loud rumbling noises every day,I just took some probiotics and It was then good, but around januray 27/28 My muscles were all in pain in whole body especially in legs..I had muscle pain around 10 days...Then I went to clinic on Feburary third and I got tested for HIV,they use in clinic that like fast tests that give you result in 10/15minutes and the test was negative so the nurse said that it was early and that I need to come again around 15 March...So in that time from Februarry till today I still have that problem with stomach rumbling and gas..Its like really loud sometimes and also I have stomach pain /cramps sometimes but in different loactions..Also I noticed a change in my stool, last 4 weeks my stool is now like in separate hard(sometimes soft) lumps..Sometimes I need to hury to the bathroom, but I dont have diarrhea...I noticed also change in urine its now more dark yellow and sometimes smelly, also I noticed like some white dots little bearly visible or like bubbles in urine when I look in toilet..Sometimes I had like a little pain in chest like multiply times a day and my heart little pain like...So those are my main symtoms,I went in clinic last week as nurse told me around 15 march and my result is again negative for HIV(she used again that fast test from drop of blood from finger)..I also went to private clinic to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea also negative...So now is a bit also problem with coronavirus and I cant more go to clinic they only accept emergency problems.....What do you think what this could be ,I tested for HIV,chlamydia, gonorrhea all negative...So im really worried especially about my stomach rumbling, and stool change, and that stuff in urine sometimes...what this could be?can it be maybe hepatits(i havent got tested for hepatits), or its something else?

HIV doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one hear pays attention to them. Therefore, you shouldn't either, so the best thing to do is to stop googling hiv because it is just a waste of your time looking for a self diagnostic.
A duo test is conclusive after 4 weeks so if the hospital tells you that was used then you are good. Any test is conclusive after 3 months. I assume she used a duo and was using conservative guidelines of 6 weeks based on the Feb 15 date you were told to come back.
I would move on from hiv, but if you wish to test again then see them again whenever they reopen but it's a waste of time if they confirm a duo was used.
Disease doesn't follow a schedule, so there are lots of potential reasons that your stomach/intestinal issues manifested which you will notice if you look at all the OTC remedies in the pharmacy shelves for this problem.
If it's still a problem see doc if you can, or talk to your pharmacist. Perhaps you are over examining your body, which is natural when you feel a health threat but this can cause stomach upset. Perhaps it is best for you to forget about your body for a few days as all of what you have been worrying about may be unnoticeable afterwards.

The issues you are describing are not symptoms of HIV or any STD.  You have tested conclusively negative for HIV - you do NOT have HIV.

This forum is only for questions about HIV, and we cannot diagnose the cause of your stomach and stool issues.  We can only tell you that they are not related to HIV since you don't have HIV.

Primary culprits of stomach and stool issues include dietary changes, parasites, water intake changes, bacterial infections, and anxiety.  There is no possible way for any of us to narrow down the cause; however, it seems unrelated to your sex event.
