Exposure from hickey, testing?

I had sex with an unknown girl who said she had only been in a relationship once before, and that they used condom protected sex. She was between 18-20 years old and comes from a pretty small town. However, due to my anxiety when it comes to infections, I am afraid I might have contracted some disease such as HIV or Hepatitis.

We had condom protected sex and the condom did not fail, she also performed condom protected oral sex. She also left two quite red coloured hickeys on my neck, I cant tell whether the skin broke completely but I cant feel or see an open cut. Is there a chance she gave me some infections with purpose, and looking at the information I provided, should I go get my self tested?

Thank you!

Ok, thanks for your comment:

Further, I ve got some red spots close to the area affected. I had fever as well, is it due to the fever the spots have arosen or do you think I have contracted some blood illness?

Thanks again.
