Exposure risk?

I have been dating an hiv+ man for about a year now, and I am hiv neg. We are very careful and avoid anal sex all toghther. My question is the other night I was rubbing his scalp through his hair with my nails, not really hard just a scalp massage. If my finger nail scraped a very small scab (not actively bleeding) on his head and I then scratched a pimple on my back a few seconds later, could this transmit the virus? I had an itch on my back and after I scratched it I had a little scab/pimple blood under my nail and a dot of blood on my under shirt.

Should I even test or is this risk eay too low to worry about?

Thanks for any advice!
