Extremely worried

I've been seeing a guy for nearly a year. What we've done are just deep french kiss and me doing handjob for him and there is one time he performed oral on me (for about 9 seconds).

The first problem is that im worried about french kisses, we kiss really passionately and for a long period. and I remember that each and every time we kiss, i didn't recall any taste of blood and my oral hygiene has always been excellent ( no bleeding gum, no cavities, no canker sores, no sore throat). but his oral hygiene im not sure but when I asked him, he said he's okay. BUT there were 2 times that we kissed, he had canker sores, 2 sores, not so big ( 4mm in diameter), there were not bleeding at the time we kissed.

Question number 1: Im was wondering If there was really a small amount of blood and I couldn't taste it. Could it lead to HIV infection?

The second problem is that me doing handjob for him, normally his cum would land on my hands but there was one time. At about 7 pm on 9/9/2017, i sliced meat and got my hand cut, the skin wasnt completely sliced off, i patch the skin up with a bandage ( the cut was 1 or 2 mm in diameter and not deep). the next morning, at about 11:20 am ( 10/9/2017), i took the bandage off , the cut was not bleeding and it seemed dry and then, me doing handjob with right hand, his cum landed on my right hand, i wiped his cum with a wet tissue and then I used that same tissue to wipe my left hand and the cut got in contact with the tissue,i was not sure if any cum got contact with the cut, because it was a wet tissue, it was wet but i did not feel any burn or sting. later, i washed the cut with water, i also did not feel any burn or sting.

Question number 2: Can we consider the cut had been closed prior to me doing handjob( because i did not feel any burn or sting and it was nearly 16 hours counting  from 7 pm of 9/9/2017)? Can it lead to HIV infection?

The third problem: i and he usually do the petting, and we often touch each other genital. there was one time, before touching my genital, i use his right hand or left hand I did not remember to adjust his penis so i was not sure if any precum got on his hands and fingers. and then he touched my genital, he used his middle finger to just touch the clitoris, the urethra opening and also the vagina opening, but he did not insert his finger so deep inside my vagina, just maximum of 3 or 4 mm from the outside and that was brief , for about 5 to 8 seconds.

Question number 3: Can that lead to the infection? i must add that the room temperature was 26 degree celsius ( it was dry and cold)

Question number 4: He performed oral on me. he just performed in the area from the clitoris to the urethra. three times, each time about 3 or 4 seconds, so it was 9  seconds in total. Could that lead to infection? including HIV and other STDs?

Thank you for your time and effort!

the scenarios you described were of zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus to transmit. And your partner needs to be hiv + to transmit the virus which you can ask him if he is.
Also saliva deactivates hiv that's why kissing and oral sex is considered of no risk.
HIV transmission occurs due to unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles normally, that's all.
Ask your partner about his status and also get this fear of HIV out of your mind. That sucks, belive me.
Best Wishes
Thank you. Just one more thing. What about the cut on my hand? The cut happened 16 hours ago. Can we consider that the cut was closed from the environment and consider it safe? Thanks again
the cut needs to be big and actively bleeding to be a risk factor, I guess that was not the situation.
Again, I advice you to lower the anxiety level and practice protected sex.

What about the kissing? And the cut on my hand happened 16 hours prior to the handjob?
No risk... hiv cannot transmitted by kissing with or without cutting, mouth ulcer or bleeding gums.. zero risk.. be well...
I mean. May be there were some semen got in contact with the cut on my hand which happened 16 hours prior to the handjob. Could we consider it no risk? Thank you
Handjob activity is happen outside the human body.. virus is effectively dead as soon as leaves human body... so cannat be infected out side the body..
