FEAR THAT THE SYMPTOMS MIGHT BE HIV AFTER UNPROTECTED SEX

Hi all, thanks for the feedback on my last question.
I’m still confused and concerned cause I haven’t seen the doctor, after I had unprotected oral sex.
2 weeks after the incident I experienced night sweats, persistent diarrhea which is better now but only a few episodes maybe once per day, and I experienced some sort of erectile dysfunction for 2 weeks which I think might be caused by hiv since I read about it, recently when I wake up my mouth feels very dry and my tongue has a white coat it might be leukoplakia because i wipe it off and comes back in a few hours and it doesn’t cause me any pain or discomfort while eating also large raised bumps at the back of my tongue.
My lymph nodes also seem to have attached themselves on my tongue I don’t know the reason why, is this a common thing if you are exposed to hiv. What should I do
As of now this is the thing that bothers me I don’t know if the tongue problem will heal on its own.
I also used to have loud stomach noises which have now reduced almost none.
These are my symptoms cause last time I didn’t explain some that just appeared.
If there’s any clarification I will appreciate a lot. I’m in a foreign country and afraid to test.
Thanks

Your question was answered that you never had a risk for HIV.  There is really nothing to add to that.  Please see your doctor for your symptoms.

No risk. No one has ever acquired HIV from recieving oral sex, never in 40 years. You are not going to be the first one.

Please see your GP for the discomforts you have listed here, none of them can be related to HIV.

I appreciate your input Mike,
sorry if it may sound bothering, could my diarrhea night sweats and white coated tongue with bumps at the back and dry mouth be symptoms for acute hiv.
And because I ever had submandibular cyst removed by surgery, could this make me not have swollen lymph nodes around neck or mouth area.

I’m asking this because I want to be in the clear and I can’t go to hospital since I’m in a foreign country.
I will when they take blood tests for my visa application.
Thanks You.
It is unrealistic for you to think that some "symptoms" can be attributed to a particular undiagnosed disease - especially since you didn't have any possible risk for that disease.
Let's make this simple since there are only 3 ways to get hiv and they were listed on your other thread. Which of the 3 do you believe was your risk? If the answer is none, then you are just worrying about your science fiction theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality since you are not an hiv researcher and the science is 40 years old.

You did not say what kind of oral sex you had but that does not matter because oral sex is no risk for hiv. Night sweats during ars are caused by the high grade fever breaking so night sweats with no fever is not ars.  Diarrhea Alone is also not ars when ars presents it is multiple symptoms at once, and they often do not include  diarrhea  But more so fever, rash, swollen glands. You do not have lymph nodes in your mouth or throat so that is something your mind is making up. ED is never related to acute  Hiv. Loud stomach noises are not associated with hiv(maybe you are hungry?;))  you had no risk and are most likely making all these symptoms up in your head or causing them stressing over your exposure, which again is absolutely no risk and you require no hiv testing.
