Fatigue and dizziness

Hi

I received a brief BJ last April.   Did not get tested per the doctor and had no ARS symptons.  However,  I kept on feeling fatigue and dizziness for months now and not going away.   Besides the usual ARS symptons, are fatigue and  dizziness also symptons of infection or just result of anxiety and stress?   What other sypmtons should someone look for 6, 12 , 24 months after a possible infection.   Thank you!

He doesn't need testing. HIV isn't transmitted by oral sex.

Get a HIV Antibodies test at your local health care center. HIV should not be self diagnosed.
