Fear of getting HIV

I am 46 yr old Indian male lives in New Delhi. I had a low risk exposure (protected sex with CSW for about 5 minute using condom and ejaculated inside) on 18 feb, 2014. I was concerned of getting HIV and went to a doctor who was not known to me earlier. He then took a western blot test at 24 days post exposure which came negative. As I heard that the western blot is used as a confirmatory test only, I raised the concern to the doctor. He then took a PRC RNA test along with repeated western blot test at 44 days post exposure.. PCR RNA gave positive with 225 copies/ml. and western blot came negative. He took my blood sample on 3rd of April and sent the sample from New Delhi to Mumbai another city of India. The Lab in mumbai collected the sample on 4 th April one days after originally collected from New Delhi. the sample then was received in Lab on 5th of April 9.00 Am and the result was concluded with 225 copies/ml at 7.00 PM at the same day. Then the doctor told me that this is a weak HIV positive and You have to start ART. He then gave me ART(Treever - mixture of three ART). It was at 46th day post exposure. I took one tab. Then at very next morning I thought that since the western blot antibody test at 44 days came negative I should take a combo test before conclusion and I on my own did the HIV1/2 & P24 Combo test by CMIA from a Reputed Lab of Delhi which came back negative with index value of 0.1. only thing is I took this test after taking one day ART. I took the ART for consecutive three days because of fear of progression of my deasses. After taking three days of ART I gave a Gap of one day and then I took a PCR RNA test from the reputed Lab of New Delhi. After 24 Hrs I received the result and it came back that the sample does not contain HIV-1 RNA. Now I got confused and stop the ART. I don't know that whether the 2nd PCR test came negative because of taking three days of ART as the first PCR test at mumbai gave only 225 copies/ml. My questions are as follows: 1) Can the first PCR RNA test false positive looking at so less load (225copies/ml) at 44 days post exposure. 2) Can the 2nd PCR test is false negative as i took three days of ART. 3) what is my probable status. 4) should I continue with the ART. I am going to take another Combo test on sunday which will be 61 days post exposure - regards

You never had a risk.  You don't need HIV testing.  This is an HIV forum, and you do not have an HIV concern, which means it's time to kindly move along.  If you continue to worry, address your anxiety with a professional.

Since you had protected sex, and your protection did not fail during the penetration, your risk never existed. Therefore there was no need to go to any doctor for a test.

PCR is not an screening test. The doctor you consulted, does not know much about HIV transmission ans testing requirement.Your 81 days test anyway clears you from any possibility of the infection. You do not have HIV. Rashes are not because of HIV, see a qualified doctor for this particular complaint which is not because of HIV

Subsequently I did HIV AB/AG Combo test by CMIA at 61 days and 74 days which came negative with index value of 0.15 and 0.07. Can it be considered conclusive. Nothing I have to worry now

Dear sir,
My all Subsequent tests which came negative were done from Dr. Lal Path Lab, New Delhi after taking ART for one day or three days.

Dear sir,

My only fear is that the positive PCR RNA load of 225 copies/ml in first test done in Mumbai. and all my later tests which came negative are after taking ART for one days or three days.
