Fearing of HIV/STD
Hi Doctor,
I made a mistake of having sex with CSW in 2011 and 2013. I remember that I used condom all the time. I had 3 times protected sex in 2011 with no kissing (except I fingered her for sometime) and one time protected sex in 2013 no kissing or fingering. Both time they put condoms after I fully erect by rolling from penis head. In 2011 Condoms did not break but one after I ejaculated my erection reduced inside her vagina with condom on but I pulled out immediately. I remember because I am sure my penis did not touch her vagina.
I do not remember any symptoms at that time as I was not affected with severe diarrhea and fever. In course of this time I had fever after like a regular person which were for a day or two and goes when go to hospital.
Even I had dysentery after eating some junk foods which will last for 6 or 7 times with water stools. Will be stopped if I skip a meal.
But recently I am getting feared as I m having some mouth sores and folliculitis. Also burning feeling in penis with frequent urination that last for few days. They gave zenflox. Urine culture was negative but penis tip burning like goes on and off.
I am currently scared because I think I may got HIV or std from those sexual encounters and that's why these symptoms are coming. my dermatologist told that since burning in penis is still there and there is no visible sore in penis so get tested for HIV and other STD since I had sex long back.
I had annual CBC report in December 2017 and came normal.
Could you please let me if I had any possibility of contracting disease by the sexual encounters I had?
I know getting tested is only way to know if I am had exposure..but I am still Manning up myself to get tested I want to know the chances I may have had. I lost my normal life and sleep for last one month. Hoping for chances in my life

HBsAg 0.96 mIU/ML
RPR/VDRL non-reactive
Am I OK with these reports?

Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV. But even if they were, you didn't have any risk of getting HIV as all your intercourses were protected.
