Hiv paranoia

Dear sir, i have a genuine concern. I will describe what i have been doing so far since 2 years.Had few visits to thai massage parlours. I had couple of vigourous handjobs , the ladys went to bathroom and did handjobs later so i dont  know what they had on their hands nor I frequently checked thier hands. Few times i kissed thier tummy breasts nipples underarms , cheeks nd buttocks, not sure they had cuts on their skin or on my lips maybe few mouth ulcers in my mouth. One episode she slightly bit my nipples to pleasure me not sure she had blood or ulcers in her mouth or her secretion got deep into my nipples although there was no visble blood on my nipple but superficial cut??. Once i lifted the girl from front and back after in deep embraced condition. Both wearing clothes and me underwear, not sure if i penetrated with this situation as both our genitals were in close contact while lifting her.Sometimes i keep my head on her cleavage my eyes contact with her clothes and keeping my thumb over pubic vagina region over her clothes, though I haven’t felt any wetness. I have been having unprotected sex with my wife now both are developing ukcers and redness in mouth. So am i infected with HSiv or STD or infected my wife also. Pls I am depressed.

Nothing that you described here today puts you at a risk for HIV transmission.

1. Handjob - Not a risk
2. Kissing, even with cuts and ulcers - Not a risk
3. Biting even with blood - Not a risk, saliva renders the virus inactive.
4. You can't insert your penis in to a vagina while you are wearing an underwear - Unrealistic scenario.
5. Other 2 listed scenarios are also not effective for HIV transmission.

Below are the only potential risk for HIV transmission in adults:

A. Unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse
B. Sharing needles - PWID
C.Transmission through blood transfusion. (This is rare as most blood products and blood transfusion are subjected to preliminary screening.)

You didn't posses any risk no testing would be necessary. Your and your wife's ailments have nothing to do with HIV. Please see a doctor for your issues. HIV is not your concern.
