Figering in a massage worker's vagina with nail-skin crack HIV risk

Last week when I was in a business trip in Yongon, I lived in a hotel and called massage service. During the massage, I put my middle finger into the massage worker's vagina for about 3 minutes, I thought it was safe because I thought there was no wound on my finger. But in the next morning I suddenly mind that because of the cold Winter, there is no connection between my nail and the skin, there is a gap. (it doesn't mean under the nail, but at the bottom of the nail)

Now 8 days past, yesterday I felt snot and the lymph on my face was bump and a little pain. Today the lymph is recovered.

Please help me, is it possible to be infected by HIV by above reason?

Hi Teak, I am waiting for your kind reply for my newest question yet... Thank you. Pls refer as below:

"Thank you Teak, but I checked on net that Myanmar is a HIV high risk area and the gap between my nail bottom and skin is quite deep... With needle I can lift the skin and see the red flesh...Now 8 days past, I feel queasiness and there are something like seborrheic dermatitis on my face....I am so nervous. Are you sure I will not be infected by such behavior? ."
